“ We went early, around 4:30p to celebrate the memory of our mom. Everything from the drinks to main course was delicious. Not fond of being sat by the waitstaff work area and kitchen. But our server was very nice and attentive. ”
“ Great visit with family. I highly recommend reservations on the weekend. We were greeted and seated quickly while walk ups were given an hour wait. Food was outstanding! I had the Texas Redfish and it was prepared perfectly. Roasted oysters are fantastic. The place was packed but not too loud, great atmosphere. All in all a great night out. ”
“ One of the best seafood restaurants in the country. Whenever I am in town I always stop by this restaurant. And we usually order fried calamari and crab spinach dip for starters. Now main dish of choice depends of what we're craving. Their lobster bisque remind me of home. They have huge portions (everything bigger in TEXAS) and great variety of seafood meals to pig out on. A+ restaurant ”
“ Keep it coming Papas Brothers! Rolled in for lunch and found a line 10 deep at the hostess stand. Glanced over and saw 5-6 unbussed tables Looked left....vacant bar...go My go to order of Texas Redfish Pontchartrain was superb as always. A large portion of perfectly sauteed Redfish filet with a shrimp and crab sauce. Washing all down with a Perfect Patron margherita,I left a happy camper and you will too! Go! ”
“ Visited on Saturday. The fried gator was wonderful, seasoned perfectly, and full pieces not crumbs other eateries serve. Thank you CiCi for the sample of potato puree I enjoyed it and ordered it. Her service was attentive and always a smile. The Long Island iced tea was heavy on the sweet and sour. ”
“ Freshest and Best seafood in Dallas hands down. While it's expensive, it's definitely worth it for an occasional splurge. Grouper with sautéed pistachio carrots is to die for. Bread and better is among the best in Dallas. Seafood gumbo is definitely the best in Dallas. (Best roux in the area.) Etoufee is the best. Salad is one of the best. Portions are large, so on most dishes there is enough to take home. Decor is well done and makes you feel like you might be near the gulf. Service is satisfactory ”
“ Delicious Cajun food! I didn't grow up on Cajun food but I do know that the flavours that this place serves are awesome. I got the roasted oysters, cat fish and rice and red beans, Texas pontchatarian (? Can't spell it) I really enjoyed the food and complimentary bread. Oysters were big and plump! Fish cooked to perfection. Will be back ”
